Easy to deal with

Young man I was working with was good, but doc fees were outrageous and deposits were not refundable. When I asked for a quote added a bunch of erroneous items to drive up the cost. May have good cars at ok prices but buyer beware the add ons.

Clear communication. 1k markup. Better than most, but will go for other car without markups.

First off let me say I made a purchase back in 2021 from this dealership and they were great. This time around they contact me everyday until I tell them I was pre approved through a participating company through cargurus then all communication stop from that person until another person contacts me the next day.

Typical bait and switch dealership. Do not consider them for your purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle. I reached out about a 2022 Kia Carnival EX that was posted for $33,900. I asked if they could sell it for $32,000 + tax. I made it clear several times that I did not want to purchase any dealer add ons or accessories. Marcos first told me that this car had “no dealer add-ons” and I would only pay “the car + sales tax and fees”. Ultimately he said they could not sell it for less than $33,000 and we parted ways. This morning, I received two text messages from different numbers - Marcos reaching out to tell me that his managers approved the vehicle at $31,975 for this weekend only. Awesome! I asked for a Sales Order so I could see the out the door price. In the Sales Order, there was a nameless charge of $1,894. Marcos says that this is for the Karr security system they install on all their cars. But 3 days earlier Marcos said there would be no dealer add ons. Waste of time.
