I guess they are at the end of the day, there to make money, but it was incredibly unfortunate that on the morning of my scheduled test drive, the saleperson not only didn't answer my call but a few hours later, texted me saying that they had sold the car the day before. Wish they had contacted me previously.

I was contacted promptly and will be seriously looking at West Herr for my next vehicle

Terrible experience!!!!! They told me not interested in selling a truck to someone who was not in the area . I thought I lived in America. It is America but some do have control over our purchasing power. I feel it is discrimination for a person who wants to spend hard earned money. I guess they don’t care about the working class!!! I hope all who read this will consider a different dealership.

Derek Fogarty was the person that contacted me and was very helpful in helping us do everything that we needed in order to buy this vehicle. When we went to Buffalo to get it the next day, everyone at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. It was one of the best car buying experiences that I’ve had. 5 out of 5 ⭐️
