Dealerships near me (Haledon, NJ)

Spoke to a guy name Lewis who is the manager of the sales department, he had told me that the car was available.I drove an hour and a half to the dealership. When I got there, the car was already sold for Days Lewis never call and told me the car was not available , They are very unprofessional and believe me with this experience , they do not care about customer ….. I would never go or recommend this dealership to anyone ever again.

The price on the vehicle looks competitive, which initially got my attention. However, the experience quickly turned frustrating due to the add-ons and markups being pushed. Things like “free oil changes for life” don’t make sense for someone like me who lives 6 hours away—I would never realistically use that. It felt like unnecessary extras were being used to justify a higher overall cost rather than providing real value. They also offer a short 3-month dealer warranty, but based on how everything else was presented, it didn’t inspire much confidence. It gave the impression that if something actually went wrong, there would likely be limitations or fine print that would make it difficult to use. Overall, the pricing looks good on the surface, but the added packages and sales approach take away from the experience.
