I reached out to North Texas Auto through CarGurus regarding a pre-owned BMW I was interested in. Their response was incredibly fast (within an hour), and the representative, Mohammed, was fantastic. They were clearly knowledgeable about the BMW model's specific features and trim levels, and were happy to answer all my detailed questions without any pressure. Even though I'm still weighing my options and haven't purchased yet, the initial customer service and professionalism were top-tier. Highly recommend them for their communication and expertise on luxury/European vehicles.

Avoid this dealer. They clearly play games and in my interaction there were numerous red flags. I asked for a CarFax and they text me various closeups and refused to send me the entire report. They also exhibited poor communication, dishonest behavior, and typical independent dealer shadiness. I made several calls to the dealership for more information, the car history report, and pictures and they didn't send any of the information despite telling me they would. Regardless of the price I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealer.

I spoke with Barry and the Used Car Sales Manager Rene. They were both very helpful and professional. I decided not to move forward with the vehicle because it smelled like cigarette smoke, and I wasn't sure they could get the smell out. The car hadn't been detailed yet, but considering it was in good shape and, aside from the smell of smoke, appeared to be well taken care of. Barry followed up with me aftr my visit and I informed him I decided not to move forward with the vehicle based on the smell of smoke.

Great experience, even though we couldn’t reach a deal. Rod is a great guy.
