The staff was helpful. They even ordered an owners manual for me, although, I have not received it yet. I liked several featured about the car but not the black interior. The drive home in the Caravan went well. I live a couple of hours away in Swannanoa, NC. The stuff they cleaned the van interior with made me feel bad. That was on Tuesday. On Wednesday the drivers door window fell down inside the door and would not come back up. The 10K Autos staff agreed to pay for Safe-lite fix the window at my house due to the long drive to their shop. When Safe-lite got to my house it turned out that the glass was not broken. A little cable that lifts was window was broken. So now I have to drive to their shop over fifty miles away with no driver door window. But they are going to fix it for free in one day. The dealer would not loan me a car to drive home and then drive back when the window was fixed. It remains to see how this turns out. Don't buy a car more than 20 miles from your house!

Sales staff contacted me and provided video of car. Seemed helpful and willing to assist me. I did get a text message from outside sales (AI?) that was somewhat strange because they offered to drive the car 2-1/2 hours to me for test drive.

Everything considered this was pleasant car shopping experience. I got the vehicle that I was looking for at a price that I was comfortable with paying.
