The salesman, Tiegen, was excellent. Management played the bait and switch on both of us. Surprised him more than it did me. Tiegen jumped through hoops for me and went well beyond expectations on my behalf.

Good communication, they respond to all inquiries in timely manner. They have great pricing policy and reduce the price to move the inventory. I do recommend this dealership specially to all Austin residents in the market for a great new or certified pre owned Audi.

The financing was so help and I got my car. Everything was ready for me all I had to do was to sign my paperwork and pick it up my car was ready.
