Had a very bad experience with this dealer I bought a Chevy truck made a deal with them. They couldn’t fix certain details. They promise to fix when made the deal. Didn’t drop the price on the total amount of the truck and couldn’t even make it right on something that cost Under $200. Very petty of a dealership not to keep a customer happy but for sure lost a good customer I don’t recommend anybody to buy from this Rinky dinky dealer ship in Long Beach.

Dealers refusal to allow vehicle to be taken to local mechanic for pre sale inspection is a big negative in my book. I understand the vehicle is used but also would like to know the condition for its age prior to purchase.

Garrett at Dutton Buick in Riverside was a pleasure to work with - he kept us warm following up regularly and patiently waited until we were ready, he answered all our questions without hesitation, was polite and was never pushy, he didn’t try to upsell us on add-ons and was clear from the beginning.

Straightforward and great communication. Our salesman was great. Bought daughter her first car here at great price. No complaints other than financing rate was high for credit score we have but apparently it was because of low amount financed. Other than that no complaints. Good coffee machine as well.

Staff was great, car was what I wanted but they wouldn't sell it to me because I did not live in California. Pretty weird in my experience.

The Internet sales department contacted immediately after I called them. They responded with a written certificate that stated the exact price and terms of the agreement that I had wanted. I arrived at my agreed appointment time on 12/31/24. They explained all the certificate discounts and documents. They honored everything on the written certificate and did not try to upsell on items I stated in writing and verbally that I wasn't willing to pay extra. This was by far the simplest and least stressful experience I have ever had when dealing with a dealership. Highly recommend this dealership and their sales team!
