As an out-of-state buyer interested in a pre-owned vehicle, I fully complied with their process by submitting my personal credit information—which checked out completely fine. However, the moment they realized I was not purchasing a brand-new model, their attitude shifted entirely. They completely lost interest, refused to answer direct questions about the vehicle, and withheld basic information, effectively shutting down communication. Handing over your sensitive financial and credit data requires trust, and this dealership completely failed to respect that security or basic professional courtesy. Overall experience was excellent, was contacted by two associates, set up a time, and met with Kaitlyn, she was excellent and a big help, car was up front and ready, we did end up purchasing the vehicle, great find. And Cargurus.com was a big help too, I was searching for months till I found this beauty. I will be using Cargurus again, in the summer when I’m looking to get another vehicle. TY

Not a very good experience with this dealer they wanted 16,995 I offer d cash 16,000 and they acted like my money was wasn’t good enough and did not want to make a deal or make anything work instead pushing for me to finance smh bad sales man Jared never even had the decency to contact us back about the car or our offer we had to contact him again to remind him again bad sales man and sales manager

Tried to make a deal with the dealer but they were not willing to answer or make it workout. I offered a lower price that they didn’t accept, which was fine and I was ok with purchasing the price shown but they never got back to do the transaction.
