Dealerships near me (Grand Island, NY)

They never responded. I’ll being going elsewhere.

Overall experience was excellent, was contacted by two associates, set up a time, and met with Kaitlyn, she was excellent and a big help, car was up front and ready, we did end up purchasing the vehicle, great find. And Cargurus.com was a big help too, I was searching for months till I found this beauty. I will be using Cargurus again, in the summer when I’m looking to get another vehicle. TY

Not good I told sales rep I was good with interest rate and down payment he got sick told me if I could wait till he got better otherwise I’d have to see another sales rep so as I told him Tuesday I’d come out today Thursday after they ran my credit asked for a down payment I agreed to but they never reached out to take down payment now today just before I was going to go they say they sold the car what’s waste of credit reports now the Inquiry goes against me me so I would not recommend mquires toyota at all they screwed me on sale

Good Experience with staff, Ali worked hard with Justin to help meet my budget needs.

I had an amazing time with everyone and as a retired police officer I like to tell stories and everyone loved them lol I bought the 2023 Mustang Mach 1 and the deal I got was amazing!!! I really loved the staff!!! I will definitely be back and if you want to post this I’ll say one thing to anyone wanting to buy a ford. Basil is the ONLY place to go!! If you don’t believe me I’ll meet you there in person and explain it all face to face!!!

Never responded to my request on availability
