The dealer is an honest upfront guy. Very knowledgeable. Professional way of doing things. His integrity comes first and second nature is for his clients to be treated with fairness. The vehicle is emaculent.

Saw the car online, arrived, test drove it and purchased same day. Other than not mentioning that the front speakers were broken. No complaints. I’ll take of the speakers myself I guess.

I communicated with this dealership several times before driving 3 hours to buy this ‘great car’. I took it for a test drive to a local mechanic . He puts the car on the lift and the whole bottom is rusted out! The mechanic had never seen anything like it! I don’t even know how it was not falling off! When I went back to stars the owner wouldn’t even look me in the face! They still have this dangerous vehicle listed for sale as a ‘good deal’. DO NOT BUY FROM STARS CARS!

I was interested in a vehicle Sheely had in stock. I called up and spoke to a salesperson Heath, who said the car was available for sale. I let him know that I would make arrangements to come to town to inspect the car. Meanwhile, I applied for a loan to cover the cost, and made arrangements to fly to town and inspect/purchase the car if all was good. The very next day to my dismay the price of the vehicle had increased by $1500. When I asked about the difference in the advertised price and what I was now being quoted, I was told that the market dictated that the price should be $1500 more than what was advertised on multiple sites including Sheely's site. I had my bank send over my loan approval paperwork anyway, and decided I would pay the extra cost out of pocket. When I called Heath to confirm loan info had arrived and my appt date and time, he said the car had been sold 5mins before my call. I was told later that day by Sarah Lane that the car was still for sale, then crickets.
