The sales manager was helping other customers. So the time there was a little long however it was worth the wait. the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions about the truck and even gave me a tank of gas after receiving the truck.

They replied to my email inquiry, and I called by phone the next day and had to leave message. Left my number but never called back. They sent another e-mail but seems like an automated message. I'm looking at two other cars so I can't be spending a lot of time playing phone tag.

Dealer responded quickly To my initial request. After that they seemed to ignore answering my questions and were not much help there after.

Their AI staff member is not kept up to date. "She" continued to say it was available. A live person, Lucas Mertz was very pleasant and helpful.

Our salesman was great, I would most definitely buy another vehicle from him, but not from Taylor KIA of Lima. They sold us a certified Sportage that was never serviced. Which cost me $200 to have it serviced at another establishment. Plus, the description of the vehicle said it has remote start. Which it does, the only problem is it has a generic key fob without the start on it. That cost me an additional $300+ to buy and have programed. Like I said, our salesman was a top notch guy, who went beyond expected to help us out. But the management wasn't willing to help us out. We love the car, just not how we were treated after.
