I reached out about a vehicle listed on CarGurus and had an initial phone conversation with a salesperson. I explained that I lived several hours away, so before making the trip I asked for a Carfax, a walk-around video, and some additional information about the vehicle. I was told those could be provided if the current interested buyer didn't purchase the Jeep. After several days without hearing anything, I followed up and still never received a response. The listing also remained active. Even if the vehicle sold, I would have appreciated a quick call or text letting me know. Good communication goes a long way, especially for customers traveling from out of town. Unfortunately, my experience ended with no follow-up.
