Excellent communication

A fleet manager was supposed to call back about the car after a sales associate reached out to me to work out a deal on this particular car, but I did not hear from anyone, and when I called back to check in the next day, it was advised it had been sold. I am very disappointed that no one reached out to let me know that it was sold and feel they wasted my time calling me in the first place.

My sales girl greeted me at my old car. Her assistant helped me in as I am moderately disabled. She proceeded to appraise my car. Her assistant brought the new car around & told me about its features. I negotiated with the sales girl the value of my car. The price of the new car was fixed by CarGurus. The reason I had to travel almost an hour was bc of all the cars I saw, this one was rated “Great Deal”. I agreed, so i bought it!

great process and seamless throughout....especially since I bought a car that was shipped from their dealership in california to massachusetts. Would recommend them to anyone, and had great dealing with Abdul, Arturo and Matt...they stayed on top of the process throughout the transaction.

Wasted time and gas to go to this dealer just to find they add $2000 of extras and will not remove it from the price. They are not optional and not included in the advertised price. This dealer is a HUGE SCAM!!!! Don’t waste your time unless you can afford the extra $2000 added to the price. One feature was called “forever start”, it cost about 1200, then there was something for $695 (paint protection I think) and something else for $295. A rip off!

Got an agreement offer over the phone. When I got to the dealership, offer was not honored.

The dealership was spectacular! The sales girl was absolutely brilliant anyway extremely friendly and knowledgeable in her field also the girl in finance was spectacular everybody was on the top of their game I couldn't have been happier thank you so much for the incredible experience if you need a great knowledgeable salesperson go see Kari you'll love her personality and knowledge with the vehicles!!
