The dealership did not reply when I contacted them thru Car Gurus. However, when I spoke with them face to face and via text message, the experience was all good. They answered all of my questions, were open to an independent inspection and did not apply pressure to buy. The vehicles look like they are clean and in good shape. Only time will tell how good the vehicle will be, but the buying experience there was very good and the process was easy. Time at the dealership was relatively short. Communication was adequate. No problems were experienced.

Salesperson was able to provide additional pictures and walk around the vehicle. We did not get to contesting phase due to price but they provided an OTD as requested. Just could not agree on price.
