I would say overall the communication was great. However I thought the price was a bit high for a vehicle that's 16 years old with almost 100,000 miles on it. I was very interested in purchasing the vehicle but not at that price with the mileage that it has.

Bought 25 gmc denali after getting home found drivers side bed had 3 dents in it called dealer said bring back told him 200 miles to far get dent guy to repair which was repaired! Text salesman with receipt no response! Called no call back ! Like vehicle partially my fault , overcast day parked next to building! Without sun really couldn’t see it ! I would have to think used car manager and couple others had been driving car probably noticed or not ! Idea at 57 k they would throw something towards making it right ! Satisfaction lousy ! Maybe try another dealership that responds to clients

Inconsistent communication. I’d hear from someone and they would blow up my phone for 1 day then nothing. I ended up having to re-verify I was interested in the car. Then someone else contacted me. Then nothing again after 1 day. My concerns about price or the lemon law alert were not addressed and zero room giving on price. Not impressed at all. This place must be a ton of young kids, given a ‘book’ of answers and then told good luck.

Yes and the dealer was very helpful helped with paperwork and already knew what I needed done
