The dealer sold the vehicle that we were in the process of buying to someone else.

Recived a call from the dealership asked me my credit score and said someone would call me ... Never heard anything back they ran my credit and that was it. Not helpful at all.

Small issue after vehicle delivery however dealer standing by promise to make sure vehicle is in top shape.

Went in to test drive a vehicle, called and went in an hour early, when i arrived to dealership i was told the car was sold moments before i got there. Bad communication

This particular truck has an aftermarket exhaust and air intake system. This was not communicated in the ad. Test. Drove the truck, told them I like the truck but preferred everything to be stock. They inform me that I would have to pay to have the stock equipment put back on. The truck also said it was in one accident, someone's supposed to get back to me with the information about that. No one ever did to this day..

I would run from this place. I bought a 18 jeep jlu. It was a factory soft top that was sold as a hard top. So rear windshield wiper doesn't work defrost doesn't work. Freedom panels had brackets missing. It would be thousands to fix just this one problem but wait there is more. It also some how passed inspection with a aftermarket bumper with no license plate light or mount. My rear plate fell of on my drive home . Lucky I had some one following me so they picked it up. Tires if they passed inspection great I've thrown tires away with more tread. I guess if you don't mind working on the vehicle you just bought and spend a couple thousand more on go ahead. I will never go back and advise you fo some where else.

The car that I went to see was not clean a lot of dings but they showed me another car and staff was professional

The salesman was abrasive and demeaning how he to me and my daughter. Telling us “well this is the cheapest car on the lot for you” and lying saying tires were brand new when his colleague, another salesman, looks at the car and says “nope those are not new tires. They were new to this car but they were previous used”. I never heard back from the first salesman until 4 days after our visit I believe but it was days when he’d said he’d reach out the next day but didn’t. His name was Morgan and he was degrading and dismissive to myself and my daughter who was the main buyer in cash.
