They sent me a email stating that I was approved for above vehicle and I go there salesman suck my paystubs weren't shown he didn't tell the finance mgr that I was approved so I got turn down and sent away!!!!!

The vehicle that you see in the picture is not at all as advertised! It does have a sticker showing it for sale and a "new 2020 vehicle" for sale. However, upon getting into the vehicle and working with a new salesman - it turns out this vehicle is NOT for sale. It is a " maintenance loaner vehicle and only used to lend to customers while their Acadia is in for service maintenance. The actual miles on this care are in excess of 1100 miles. They stated they couldn't sell the vehicle but rather tried to sell me a 2021 vehicle which was of course MUCH more costly without the rebates. This really felt like a classic bait and switch. IN fact, they only had 3 other Acadia's on their entire lot - 2 of which were Denali's and another which was a 2021 Elevation Acadia AWD with lots of extra features. I will not be going back to this dealer nor recommending them to anyone else!!!

Kat was very helpful right from the start! She gave me all the info I needed before we made the 2 hour trip. They even held the car for me until I got there! I would shop here again if I need another vehicle!!
