I had good overall experience

Would not send us a written quote. They said they didn't do that to prevent people from shopping around. You know what will make me shop around? Bad service and not answering my questions. Why are they afraid of telling us the real price?

I called to check on the availability of the S-10 and the sales lady said the truck was still there and ready. I get there 30 minutes later and the same sales lady I talked with earlier said the truck had sold. Then she tried to sell me a higher price vehicle nothing like I wanted. Tired of these bait & switch tricks.
