GMC dealerships near me (Tampa, FL)

The saying, “If it is too good to be true, it probably is” definitely applies to this dealership!!! On the outward appearance it leads you to believe that they have the best deals around because they’re showing heavily discounted prices. What they won’t tell you up front is that they add a “Buick GMC Advantage Plan” at a cost of $3,000!!! We traveled two hours from the Orlando area because of their advertised prices. I even called and asked them what fees they charge and they conveniently did not tell me about this charge. The old bait and switch!!! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this dealership!!!

Although i did not buy from them, while i was looking, they kept in good contact with me and they were not pushy.

Wes was a great salesman very good and honest. His manager Dillon Bishop was horrible and wouldn't help solve my issues i had after the sale. He wouldnt respond in a timely manner and argued with me. The finance manager Melvin who helped with the sale of my car was far better as a manager and was able to solve my problem in 30 minutes. If you go here, work with anyone but Dillon.

My desire vehicle was just a way to atract custumers ,vehicle was sold long before i contact them and still shows as available.

I contacted this dealer and they got back to me very quickly. Connected with a sales person and went the next day and bought a Tahoe. Fady was an amazing sales guy!

Didn’t want to deal with me since I was out of state. Non-responsive after I told them that.

I contacted Casa about a truck and wanted to move forward after some back and forth over a few days. First, they tried sneaking optional charges onto the quote without being upfront about it, and I had to get them dropped. After that, I told them I'd be financing with my own bank and they pressured me persistently into giving them the rate and terms so they could try to match it. Then after meeting them during the scheduled time to close the deal, they tell me the truck already went under contract the night before and tried selling me another one with a lower trim. I wouldn't trust them.
