Courteous and kept me up to date on the status of the vehicle since I had a long drive to the dealership.

The credit application was denied but nobody ever got back to us to let us know our credit reports were frozen and ask us to remove the freeze from our credit reports. We didn’t know they were frozen till another dealer asked us to go in and remove the freeze, which we did and were approved for a car loan instantly.

False advertisement Bait and switch Even had the sales manager send me a email quoting price with the VIN but once I called to purchase price jumped to $102,000 for add ons

This dealership will not sell their vehicles at the advertised price. They add some ridiculous fees that add up to approximately $10,000. I have checked on several vehicles here and they are all the same. I tried to pay cash and they added an additional fee for not financing through them.
