Garrett at Dutton Buick in Riverside was a pleasure to work with - he kept us warm following up regularly and patiently waited until we were ready, he answered all our questions without hesitation, was polite and was never pushy, he didn’t try to upsell us on add-ons and was clear from the beginning.

Despite the pre-qual, the dealer did not approve me. Additionally, they offered to try to get me into other trucks, but then could not work out a deal. A few days later I got a random message telling me the general manager was working on a deal for this truck, and then never followed up afterwards.

Bought car 6 days ago. After 3 days, it is inoperable and I have tried contacting sale rep, and they have ignored me. Got in contact with Service department, and I will be taking this car to the Caddy dealer by my house. I purchased the extended warranty with $500 deductible, thankfully. I have had the car 6 days, and it has been inoperable for over 50% of the time I have owned the vehicle. Caveat Emptor!!!

Waste of my time. Non timely communication spent 5 days trying to buy GMC Canyon at advertised sale price and kept getting the run around and several different people involved cash deal no trade no financing and they couldn’t get the deal done. Very disappointing.

Had a discrepancy with the vehicle, they made it right. Great follow through and communication. Highly recommend.

The dealership wouldn't sell the Truck for what they advertised it for. They said we had to purchase the options that weren't even on the truck. I explained I didn't want the options I just wanted the truck for the price online. If I could give zero stars I would. This is the first review I have ever completed. The experience was so horrible. I did purchase another truck from another dealer in another city.
