Received correspondence from Jim Garbarz and Angel Rivera on 2/17. Spoke with Ed who stated it is best to set up an appointment so that the car would be available upon arrival. As requested I set up an appointment for Wednesday 2/17 between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. He affirmed that car was available, serviced and detailed. Upon arriving at the dealership, the car was not able to be located. After 20 minutes the car was located on a service lift and unable test driven. The salesman apologized and stated once the car was cleared by service, he would bring the car to our home for a test drive and we could take delivery at our home on Thursday 2/18. By 2:00 p.m. and having not heard from the salesperson, I contacted Ed, he apologized profusely but stated that our salesperson was not available and that the car had been sold earlier that day. We had driven over an hour to see this vehicle and they were unable to deliver what was promised. Very disappointing experience with this dealer.

I went to Ed Morse Sawgrass Auto Mall, which includes Cadillac, today and it was a pleasant experience. The sales lady that worked with us was very helpful and knowledgeable of the XT6 that I am trying to purchase. I hope to complete this deal in the next several days.
