GMC dealerships near me (Mansfield, OH)

My wife and I were shopping for a 2024 Honda Accord and we came across a car at Alpha GMC and made arrangements to see Jimi Basiletti. It was a two hour drive each way but the car was priced right- in fact, it was downright cheap for the condition, mileage, and trim. I had an opportunity to speak with Jimi and with the general manager of the dealership over the phone before we went and both seemed like straight shooters and no-nonsense guys so we made the drive. I am so glad we did!! We got more for our trade than we expected, and Jimi and Brian Turner in finance worked to get us a really outstanding interest rate that was better than we had calculated in our budget. The car was priced so well that we did not haggle out of basic decency. The car was clean and fresh, and Jimi went out of his way to remove the ugly "Honda" banner that the previous owner put on the top of the windshield with vinyl lettering. He also came through by mailing the second key to me- outstanding service!

When I arrived, the car was sitting outside I hadn’t been washed in quite some time, very dirty. When they knew I was coming from three hours away to look at it didn’t have the courtesy to wash the car. They did not disclose that the car runs very rough and needs a very expensive tuneup. They did not disclose that the rear window of the convertible was falling out and photographs. It looks fine complete misrepresentation of what the automobile was and wasted over seven hours of my time.

This is the best experience that I had at Chesrown GMC from the time I entered the door to the time I left with my vehicle. Nate, Tom, Nic, Bill, Ryan, and SMASH aka Mike. They were all very very personable and I truly enjoyed talking to each and every one of them they treated me and worked with me. Nic did a fantastic job of explaining all the warranties. Tom took great care in explaining and connecting my onstage. SMASH super duper detailing . I would recommend this dealership 5 times over. I appreciate the fact Mr. Gill came and spoke with me upon leaving. 5 STARS

I didn’t end up getting the jeep I wanted but they were able to get me into another vehicle that I liked

Each step in the purchase process was delayed. Communication was non existent or vague. After 3 days of trying to purchase a vehicle, went to another dealer and bought a vehicle in 3 hours. Customer service results in customer sales
