I was a long-distance customer and received answers and option information quickly and helpfully. I decided not to buy because of "fear of the unknown", a purchase a 4 hour drive away. (Maybe next time!)

I was dealing with Ben over the phone looking for a large family SUV. Fund one at Sheehy and called. His responses were great at first. Then got slower and slower. I was ready to buy it and they wouldn’t do the deal without an in-person visit (they listed a car online and you couldn’t actually purchase it online). Since They are 4 hours away. I asked if I could put a deposit down, as it was afternoon already, and I heard nothing from him for 3-4 hours. Then I get a text saying the car was sold. Do yourself a favor and Don’t do business with this dealership!
