Wish I would’ve had more time to devote to the process unfortunately, I’ve taken a hit in my battle of cancer. It says subdued my efforts, but they seem like a great team ready to help somebody get a vehicle.

Eddie was the salesman who helped me, and he is great. I reached out a week before I was able to come in, he answered all the questions he was able to and got back to me with the questions he didn’t know. He followed up with me throughout the week and was very helpful when I was finally able to get there. I was not excited about trading in my car, but he understood that I was having trouble letting go of my old car and gave me some time to really think through it. Since purchasing, he has followed up with me daily about a few things they agreed to, to help with the sale. They were very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully I won’t have to buy another car for a very long time, but I’ll be revisiting them for my next purchase.

Allen Tillery is the most honest and straightforward new and used car dealership in Hot Springs. Dicky was awesome from the start. He made the process quick easy and so smooth. The price they list for their vehicles is actually the price you pay! The only addition is a $109 service and processing fee!!
