I am very disappointed with my experience. After being told the vehicle received two full-service details, and the interior was still visibly dirty. I live two hours away, and the lack of professionalism was frustrating. I felt rushed into purchasing the car, yet the service I specifically requested was not properly completed.

I did not buy the 3 series bc I think we’ve decided on a 5 series. We are trying to make up our mind but car guru has the best prices of anywhere we’ve shopped. I’ve recommended them to several family members.

From the moment walking into their building the experience was top tier. Tony was amazing to deal with. He was very quick to respond to my interest in the vehicle and he kept me updated on its availability as I traveled 2 hours there to check it out, He also checked in with me 2 days after buying the vehicle to make sure I was fully satisfied. He was very nice and treated us wonderfully throughout the whole process which did not take very long at all from start to finish. Easton was the finance staff that we worked with and he was absolutely great also he was very helpful, gave us all the information we needed and made sure we were taken care of from start to finish with him also. They also gave us a gift for purchasing the vehicle which was also a first for me. The overall experience was the best and easiest I have ever had buying a car, they have next level staff and amazing vehicles! I would highly recommend Parker Lexus, Tony and Easton to anyone local or not it is worth the trip
