Gus and Jeff were amazing. And they still are! I had no plans on buying the truck for my son's business. I just needed a comparison of purchasing versus renting. Gus was super understanding, low-key and no pressure. I knew he wanted to sell me the truck right off but he worked with me and understood why I was there. NOT to buy a truck! But he and Jeff and the finance folks worked some kind of magic and it made more sense to purchase the truck for my son's hot-shot trucking business than to rent. And so I bought the truck. It's a beauty and we couldn't be happier. The guys (and gals) at AutoNation Buick GMC West Sahara are great. My son and I had a great experience with them and they continue to be supportive. Agree to buy a truck, dealer sent quotes. Agreed to pricing and arranged date with salesman to deliver cashier check and take delivery of truck. Even offered non-refundable monies if I failed to appear. Called the day before agreed pickup date and was told they sold truck to another customer. Salesman said sorry. You decide how you would rate a dealership with this behavior?
