GMC dealerships near me (Lake Forest, CA)

Bought car 6 days ago. After 3 days, it is inoperable and I have tried contacting sale rep, and they have ignored me. Got in contact with Service department, and I will be taking this car to the Caddy dealer by my house. I purchased the extended warranty with $500 deductible, thankfully. I have had the car 6 days, and it has been inoperable for over 50% of the time I have owned the vehicle. Caveat Emptor!!!

I did not end up going out to see the car but the dealership was very responsive to my inquiry.

Had a discrepancy with the vehicle, they made it right. Great follow through and communication. Highly recommend.

Garrett at Dutton Buick in Riverside was a pleasure to work with - he kept us warm following up regularly and patiently waited until we were ready, he answered all our questions without hesitation, was polite and was never pushy, he didn’t try to upsell us on add-ons and was clear from the beginning.

Even though I never made it down there, they lepr the lines of communication open...greatly appreciated
