GMC dealerships near me (Jamestown, NY)

In my personal opinion they done a bate and switch they had the truck advertised for 25000when Italked to them. Set up an appointment for the next day as I live two hours away. I got within 15 minutes of them and they called and said the truck had been sold but it was still on the web site but was listed at 28000 I got a notice from car garu four days later that the truck just sold. So how would you rate them

The dealer was courteous and professional. They informed me of the situation and informed me that the car was not available for sale due to head gasket problems. I appreciated their truthfulness.
