Eztremely poor customer service after purchasing this vehicle due to their lack of communication and inability to reach the sales associates for a status update on when the car would be ready for delivery. Their famous response via text or email "our team is looking into it" but still no return phone call from anyone to date. At this point, I honestly wish I could receive a full refund to discontinue any relationship with Honolulu GMC/Cadillac.

The team here is great at finding a deal that works for you without any pressure. Even though the lot looks small, they have a larger selection available at their sister store.
