Devon was great to work with. Super helpful and very responsive communication. The car itself had a lot more minor cosmetic damage than anticipated (scratches in the paint/peeling of interior material) but overall drives super well. The buttons are very sticky meaning they skip multiple degrees at a time but they do all work. Overall, happy with the purchase but would be more content if the price was slightly lower due to the cosmetic problems.

My experience was not as positive as I had hoped. I felt the communication could have been more respectful and clear, especially as a foreign customer. I also felt some pressure to sign a contract the same day, which made me uncomfortable. For that reason, I chose not to proceed with a purchase.

I had such a great experience with this dealership! They had a really good selection of cars, and I ended up buying a Honda Accord from Majid. He’s such an honest and helpful guy and really went above and beyond to make sure I was making the right decision. Even after I bought the car, he was always there and answered my calls to help with any questions I had. The car was maintained so well and is in great condition. Sam and Chris were very helpful and I received great service. I was able to call and text message them as needed and they were always available. Like any dealership, had to haggle on price and appraisal for trade-in, but that’s the usual. Overall great service!
