GMC dealerships near me (Hammond, LA)

This was an out of state purchase. I flew into new orlean and they sent a driver to pick me up and drive me to the dealership they could not have more helpful both in person and on the phone a great experience

To start off, they priced a 2018 Cadillac Escalade incorrectly. It was underpriced big time, so I completed a finance application on it, I was approved with numbers interested rates etc. I called the following day bc the truck was removed from the internet. Which ever sales person I spoke with was so rude. He told me I wasn’t approved blah blah blah. 3 days later said truck appeared back on website with price that it should have been or per KBB. So I was “not approved” because they didn’t want to sell it to me at the price it was listed at originally. I’ll take my business elsewhere!

Never got back with me with pictures of the vehicle so bought a vehicle from somewhere else

Amy, Bo and Chloe have all been very helpful. We live too far from the dealership to come in for a test drive but I wish we could! They were all ready to assist us on getting a new car delivered anyway.
