He truly kept his word when he told me he would hold a vehicle for me to see before anyone else, even when another buyer was ready to purchase it. That level of honesty meant a lot to me. Although I didn’t end up buying that specific vehicle, I knew I wanted to work with him because he was straightforward and never tried to upsell me.
