Response was fast. Ben was helpful and courteous, he even helped me locate some RPO codes I was interested in for options on the vehicle. Test drive was good and a good distance to feel out the vehicle. There were a couple cosmetic issues that were in the pictures but not obvious. Took a lunch break to think it over, was not pressured to make a decision. Would have walked away if they had. Ended up purchasing the Yukon Xl Denali, and I’m happy with the vehicle and felt the price was competitive. They treated me well.

We had a great experience at Ancira Patriot Buick GMC. Everyone…absolutely everyone was cordial and flat out friendly with smiles too. Our salesperson Michael Blount was outstanding and sent us a vehicle history report and a video of the SUV we were interested in looking at. Michael was prompt, professional and friendly!
