The experience was horrible! I spend more than 2 hours waiting for “finance guy” to be available for me, no one even came and check on me or at least gave me an idea of how long I had to wait. The sale associate completely disappeared. I left and no one notice

This was a classic bait and switch to gather people’s information. I really doubt this vehicle ever existed at this price point. They advertised a vehicle that they refused to prove was a real vehicle, then claimed it sold but offered me more expensive alternatives with higher miles.
