One of the best car buying experiences Ive had in a really long time.

The truck was very dirty and I physically pulled out a corn stock of underneath of the truck and handed it to the salesman, he then told me it was probably a oil field truck or a farm truck, then I sat inside and the top roof console came out of the ceiling, when I asked about the price or if they would at least clean up the truck or come down on price I was told the truck probably would last long which it did sale later that day was probably the only thing he didn't lie about, overall I was very dissatisfied with the experience, Coughlin used to be a great place to buy a car but something has changed.

Great staff everyone had knowledge of vehicle was very helpful and let me put on lift to look under vehicle and showed me everything that was replaced by them.before they pit truck on lot

I was approved to purchase a 2025 Denali. I could not make it until Saturday morning to pick the truck up. He stated that was fine and that he would see me Saturday. As I was getting ready to leave I received a text stating they sold the vehicle, but had a different one I could purchase. The dealership is two hours a way. If I wanted a different one, I would have purchased one where I live. Which I ended up doing, but was so disappointed at their professionalism.
