GMC dealerships near me (Arcadia, FL)

The salesman Jacob knew we were very interested but he never told us we could put a down payment to hold it he just kept moving the date up to come see it because it needed a new part. Finally we got the date to come see it and buy it and the date was confirmed for the next day, that morning he called and said the car was sold the day before. We were very upset because we really wanted to buy it!

I was initially contacted several times by Sunset Buick to come in to test drive the 2020 GMC Sierra 1500; however, on the day/morning (Monday morning) I was scheduled to test drive the vehicle, I arranged to meet that afternoon at 1:30pm for the test drive. When, I arrived that afternoon, I was informed that the vehicle had been sold to someone else the the previous Saturday (evening). I received an apology; however, I thought it was most unprofessional and inconsiderate for them to have me drive 50+ miles down to Sarasota from Brandon/Valrico to test drive a vehicle they sold 2-3 days prior. Then, the salesman tried to interest me in another one of their vehicles which I most definitely refused to even consider based upon the treatment I had already received since my arrival. Fortunately, I was able to purchase a more acceptable vehicle that I am satisfied with from one of their competitors. I won't be recommending Sunset to anyone I know that's for sure!

I contacted Casa about a truck and wanted to move forward after some back and forth over a few days. First, they tried sneaking optional charges onto the quote without being upfront about it, and I had to get them dropped. After that, I told them I'd be financing with my own bank and they pressured me persistently into giving them the rate and terms so they could try to match it. Then after meeting them during the scheduled time to close the deal, they tell me the truck already went under contract the night before and tried selling me another one with a lower trim. I wouldn't trust them.
