Sales rep Timothy went above and beyond. Not enough stars to give!

Took longer than expected. Insisted on selling extra warranties, very annoying

They're really trying to create a positive used car buying experience. Plus they have a '64 thunderbird that's very original and cool. They gave me a great price and were very welcoming and helpful.

Used Car Gurus messaging system--dealer did NOT respond back quickly--left voice msg for dealer---then a response of call them back--looking for CarFax or similar on vehicle for sale--then car was sold--far too long of trying to contact dealer for simple request

Never heard back from them after doing the credit app. I even went by the dealership. I was told they would call me back later to let me know whats going on. Never heard back from them until a young lady called and said she got my information from online. And then she never called back. So I went with another dealership and got a escalade that I like

Our first visit was pleasant, and the dealer showed us the car took it for a spin. Never was pushed on making a deal that day even though we really wanted this car. Told them we needed to make some connections, and we will let them know this was a done deal. Came 4 days later and sealed the deal.. Great customer service... will definitely be back in the future. Thanks Again

Unfortunately, the car had already sold. They showed us some alternative cars but me and my wife did not think it was appropriate to go forward with those choices. The staff was very helpful, especially Mr. Bozkurt.
