I live in Va purchased a es350 ultra luxury...Everything was awesome including my salesman Daniel..The only thing I recommend is NOT TALKING TO LISA THE AI that answers the phone for the dealership that AI is horrible..But after I got pass that everything was awesome

I gave the sales person on the phone my specifications of what I needed for me to not waste anyone’s time. They insisted they had options for me, I came in and they gave me the run around. It was a complete waste of time.

I inquired about a used vehicle. After a few days of back and forth with a salesman, I couldn’t get many answers over the phone and I decided to make a four hour drive to look at the vehicle. Upon arrival I discovered the vehicle wasn’t as described. I did not purchase the vehicle due to a number of issues I found with it. After discovering the unit was purchased at a wholesale auction along with it being significantly low on oil, I decided to walk away.

When I got to the car dealership I was left standing around for about 15 minutes with no assistance. And then once the salesman came out to speak with me, I let him know that I had a trade-in as well as a down payment to go with the trade-in for a 2019 Dodge charger GT. After that he wanted to fill out the paperwork and get the finance and process started before I even seen what the car looks like. So I told him that I wanted to see the vehicle that’s when he got the key and we walked out and I took a look at the vehicle, started it up and checked the fluids and everything with the vehicle and it was a pretty decent vehicle with low mileage so we went back into the dealership to start the process. I know that I don’t have the best credit but my credit score is a 560 and they ran my credit and came back and wanted me to put even more money down with a trade-in that is in great shape so I’ll allow them to run my credit and he ran my credit 15 times that’s why I give them one star.
