Dealerships near me (Fredericksburg, VA)

My experience was very professional. I enjoyed talking to the salesman. He was prompt, he called me keeping keeping in touch and keeping me informed. My problem was I have a car that I want to trade in and I thought I would get more for it. If I sold it outright so I didn't bring it in for the trade in I will be back later after I sell my car.

I like the car sold as is was not a bad deal for what I bought it for had no engine problems and no transmission problems I’m happy to have bought their car

Did not respond in a timely manner. Once I contacted them on a Saturday they got back to me on Monday. I was down in the area, and ending up buying a vehicle that day somewhere else.

The worst car buying experience I have ever had. They are in an oversaturated market, but stand firm on high prices that are unwarranted. They will go FAR below market value for trade-in. They actually have two dealership names on one building, signature motor and Eagle something. I am assuming this is to avoid proper taxes. Absolutely terrible experience. They do take pictures in a way to hide flaws, so you have to be diligent.
