Dealer took long to response and when they did my questions were never answered

I bought another vehicle from Vorhees location after reaching out to this one first. The good: I absolutely love the 2022 Grand Cherokee WK Laredo X that I bought. I knew what I wanted and it checked every box for me. Prior to sales appointment the sales rep Reggie communicated daily to let me know what vehicles were still available and appointment reminders. Drove an hour and vehicle was ready for test drive. Was probably out in 4 hours which wasn’t bad. They have so many nice off lease vehicles and no auction cars! The bad - I’ll just say check your finance statement and look at every charge. I blame myself for not doing it which caused me some headaches and a little a not so great feeling about the deal. After a week of back and forth, one of the managers is taking care of my issue. All said and done I’d recommend them mainly due to the quality of vehicles available at all of their locations and finance options.
