Dealer will not deal with women. Tried buying a 2013 Veloster for three weeks, and they just sold it. He would not return my calls, and even upon offering cash, both men there still did not return our phone calls. Do NOT recommend this dealer at all. Go elsewhere if you can.

The 2005 PT Cruiser we bought from Franks Auto Haus has been in the repair shop twice since we had possession of it. We received it from a delivery service on Sept 26th & on Sept 28th we had to tow it to a repair shop because the oil light came on, we were told that it was not conclusive on the oil light, likely just a bad sensor, but that some other repairs were needed. This was super disappointing but we need to make sure the car is reliable and steady for our daughter, it cost us $550.00. Yesterday the car started overheating and leaking fluids everywhere, while our daughter was driving it on the highway between our home and her college classes, we had to have it towed again for service. Now we are being told that the water pump and timing belt need to be replaced, and the repairs are going to cost about $2500.00, plus the car is also throwing a transmission error code. We have had the car 8 total days, and it has been in the shop 5 of those days. Devastated is an understatement.
