I have looked at 2 cars at this dealership over the last 6 months while trying to find something for my teenager. Both have had major issues that were not disclosed. When I brought them up to them they acted like this was the first time they knew anything about them. One car took 5-7 times to get the car to even stay on and they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. This is the kind of dealership that gives used car salesmen that bad name. I won't be looking here anymore.

Dealer tried to have me come in to see jeep after they had alrdy sold it tried to bait and switch

Inquired online Monday morning about a vehicle I wanted at the dealership. Someone called me right away and we scheduled an appt for me to come look at the vehicle that afternoon. When I got there it seemed no one was prepared for this "appointment" - the car was not ready at all. Filthy car, smelt like smoke, had bags and a hair dryer in the trunk, sand everywhere, dirty/cigarette burnt seat covers. I was assured they could get the smoke smell out and they worked with me to get it done as quickly as possible. Our salesman did every in his power to help us out, he was new as the job so the sales manager was helping him. I was not impressed with the sales manager. Broken promises and the pressure that was put on to still buy this vehicle after we said we are absolutely not buying a car that even smells a little like smoke, is the reason for this negative review. We have a baby with health issues and they still wanted us to take the car.

nothing to say - everyone was nice but I didn't buy anything!

The add on fees exceeded $4000.00 and I tried to reschedule my visit due to work schedule and nobody got back with me as to a time we could work toward.
