I have looked at 2 cars at this dealership over the last 6 months while trying to find something for my teenager. Both have had major issues that were not disclosed. When I brought them up to them they acted like this was the first time they knew anything about them. One car took 5-7 times to get the car to even stay on and they just shrugged their shoulders and walked away. This is the kind of dealership that gives used car salesmen that bad name. I won't be looking here anymore.

Dealer tried to have me come in to see jeep after they had alrdy sold it tried to bait and switch

Inquired about the vehicle online. Quick email response and follow up with text. I had a few phone conversations, additional photos and paperwork were provided. Sales associate was very friendly, helpful, and understanding when I explained that we found another vehicle elsewhere. By my account, this is a top notch dealer. I will continue to browse their great selection of vehicles.

They reported they had this specific car at 4pm and had me do financing over the phone. Went in the morning to get the vehicle and they reported they sold it. I honestly don’t believe they ever had it and their intention was to try and get me to look at a different vehicle I didn’t want. Which they did try to do when I got there. Did not tell me at all and I wasted a trip and had a credit hit for no reason. Do not recommend.

I made multiple attempts via email, multiple phone calls, text, to get a deal going for the car I was interested in. The rep at the dealership had slow responses so I reached out to the sales manager, never received a response, emailed the GM never got a response. On day 5 I gave up and purchased elsewhere. You shouldn't have to chase the staff to do business with you. I work 12 hour days and needed to do some things preliminary to the purchase which is why I reached out via phone, text and email. I guess the dealership isn't advanced enough to do business that way. You might have a different experience if you walk in.
