I went to see the car, John, the sales person turned on the vehicle and I sat on it, I asked if I could test-drive the car, then he asked me for my driver's license. He returned and said that he talked to his manager and that his policy was that I needed to be pre-approved for a loan for the vehicle before I could test-drive the car. So, I left and have not returned. How could I apply for a loan in advance if I did not know if I liked the way the car performed?

He came across like a real person who actually wanted to help, not someone just trying to make a sale. There was zero pressure to buy, and the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country we looked at was exactly as it was listed online. No surprises at all - it looked just like the pictures and drove great. Because of how positive and straightforward the experience was, we decided to purchase the vehicle. We’ve been very happy with it so far, and my kids are especially thrilled about the DVD player .
