We drove 172 miles to "buy" a car advertised as a "Great Deal" on CarGurus. Once we arrived, during the test drive the check engine light came on. They said they were going to replace some equipment on it but the replacement part had not arrived yet - but we could drive the car home and have a local Chevy dealership do the repair. We also learned they had put a "protective ceramic coating" on the vehicle which raised the purchase price by $2900 - about 20%. Just incredible.

The posted price is not the actual price . False advertisement . If you don’t have a trade add 1000 if you don’t finance add 1000 . Gimmicks . Scam

I was trying to purchase online as I don't live in that area. The list price looked real good $53,599, but the out the door price was $59,788 on one quote and $58,979 on another. Then one salesperson said truck had sold, but the next morning I get an email from the dealership asking if I was still interested. I finally called and spoke to someone who said he was the General Manager. I told him I really wanted to buy that truck and he said I'm sure you do with a sassy tone and $0 reduced price so needless to say I'm spending my $55,269 elsewhere.

They say send the pictures and information but waiting 1 week don’t see it.

I recently purchased a 2013 Honda CRV EX-L from Auto Revolution in Shelby, and my experience has been disappointing. The car was sold “as-is,” but no issues were disclosed during the test drive or sales process. Within just a few days, I began experiencing transmission problems, including rough shifting and noticeable vibration. After having it inspected, I was told the transmission fluid was burnt and the vehicle likely needs a rebuild or replacement. I understand what “as-is” means, but I believe there should be more transparency about known issues, especially ones this serious. Communication after the sale has also been limited. At this point, I do not recommend this dealership. If you do, I strongly advise future buyers to proceed with caution and have any vehicle thoroughly inspected before purchasing.
