Ford dealerships near me (Bath, NY)

Got an initial response 2 days after sending them an inquiry but they never sent me pictures of the undercarriage as requested. I waited 5 days, no pictures, no response so I asked again for the pictures yesterday morning. Blane said he forgot but would send them first thing this morning. I have not received anything yet.

Everything went well until we got there. We found a car that was listed and wanted to look at. I clicked for info and Blaise called me to see if I wanted to look at the car and test drive. Made a time that worked and drove to look at this car. When we arrived the salesman informed me that the car had just went through inspection and failed. It needed new head gaskets and wasn't available to look at or even for sale at this time. So why was this car listed ready to go and for sale? We decided to look at another car they had and drove it. We liked it and wasn't able to finalize the sale for a couple days. The salesman informed us that they can't accept a down payment and hold the car. Even though they ran credit report and new we were interested he sold the car just hours after. The salesman said he was real good at hiding cars and was sure it would be there in a couple days. Guess he wasn't that good because he was the one who sold it within a couple hours.
