The day I called they said it was there come on in. I drove there it was 20mins. not bad at all. I get there they say o we just sold it and the guy who I talked to took the rest of the day off before I got there. So 2 things tell me its there then the guy takes off when he tells me to come in. Yeah terrible service. Also the next day they call me. Say the buyer didnt buy. Would like to come see the truck. Lol what b.s are they pulling.

The trade-in process was quite frustrating. After submitting all my information online, the company seemed to disregard it. I was had to submit each item individually with the agent. After several hours of communication, I was prepared to finalize the purchase. However, the agent informed me of a non-negotiable $2,500 add-on. It was perplexing why this additional cost was not included in the sticker price or disclosed upfront before I had to navigate through numerous steps. The entire experience was quite unpleasant, leading me to reconsider my options and shop elsewhere.

Blew us off and told us there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even run our credit through other creditors…just the one we were “prequalified” for. Made a 1 1/2 hour drive for nothing!

They where very helpful and honest from the salesman carlos threw the whole process very good people there at that dealership we definitely be back there and will tell everyone I know take your business there bc there was no games and added stuff at the end of the price and from the top down there everyone treats you with respect and will talk to you and answer any questions you have there is no cold shoulder treatment there a very good dealership and carlos is great to deal with very respectful and helpful !!!

The experience I had with this dealer was amazing, I received a call within minutes of me submitting my info online and the sales person that I spoke with was very professional and upfront about the problems that the truck which was expected at the price point. I am very satisfied with how the whole interaction went and would love to do business with them if possible.
