Working with North Country Ford was a pleasant experience. They were very responsive to my emails and text about the vehicle. My salesman, Jake, was amazing to work with and made the whole experience as easy going as possible. The financing process was also very painless. I would highly recommend North Country Ford.

All was good, except asked on tire condition, was told they were good , car was delivered and tires needed to be replaced right away. Little disappointed.

The salesperson I was in contact with was very helpful. Someone else just beat me to the purchase.

Transparency from a sales staff member was lacking in a big way. When asked about the time the vehicle had been on the lot the truth was not provided. The photos online were not an accurate representation of the vehicles condition upon arrival as the vehicle had appeared to sustain damage while in the dealers possession that was not disclosed by sales staff. When brought to a staff members attention, the dealership stated they would repair the vehicle. However, the damage should have been disclosed and not discovered after a test drive.

Ford should not renew this dealerships franchise agreement. Arranged time via email to stop in and test drive F150 Lightning. When I arrived no one greeted me and there were a bunch of old white men more interested in sitting around talking than helping customers. When someone did help me, they told me sales person I had arranged to meet had left for the day. Another sales rep tried to help me, but told me to they did not have a F150 lightning instock and hadn’t had one for awhile. Proceeded to try and tell me they like to “build relationships” before they sell a vehicle…whatever that meant. I walked out. Won’t deal with a honest dealership. The dealership visually was a mess outside and inside. Whole building needs to be torn down and turned into a Tesla service center. Will never go back as it is a classic example of what is wrong with a traditional dealer and car buying experience
