Poor communication, and unresponsive in a timely manner. They took a deposit from me on a truck that was available, then they called back later that day to say that the truck had sold. This was a grossly shady act that speaks volumes about this trashy business.

I contacted them immediately requesting information on this car. I was then given contact by Internet. I told them I was interested and I could not come down on a 2 Hour Rd. trip until Tuesday. 10 minutes from our arrival, they called me to inform me they had sold the car. To an employee, while they knew I had an appointment to see the car. They did not care at all about my previous three days worth of communication. They were rude, and did not seem to be the least bit apologetic about anything. Never business with them again

They had a quick response and they are very helpful. They even stayed working late to sell me the truck.
