Was corresponding with Phil the sales manager. His slow communication caused me to miss the purchase of the vehicle.

Overall it was a great experience dealing with the staff from beginning to end haven't had time to get by there yet but I'm planning on doing that this Monday thanks for the service of communication.

Dealer tried to switch vehicles on me. They tried to get me to come in and purchase a different vehicle. So I cut contact with them because untrustworthy

I made an appointment to view the Bronco on Tuesday. I showed up to get my trade-in value and view the Bronco, 20 minute drive, only to be told when I got there that the Bronco wasn’t on the lot because it had been lent out as a courtesy car. Told that the vehicle would be back Wednesday morning but would need detail work done for a stain on the seat so, I should come in on Thursday morning when the Bronco would be ready to view/purchase. Th is evening, Wednesday night, I got a notification from CarGurus that the Bronco had sold! I’m very displeased with Stokes Hodges Ford in Graniteville, SC!!
