Pretty Well And No Pressure!

The staff kept texting and calling me to confirm the date and time of my arrival to test drive the vehicle. We were in constant communication, I arrived at the time I said I would. I test drove the vehicle and agreed to purchase it cash. I went to my car to get a quote on a 3rd party warranty and 10 minutes later, someone drove off with the car. Ten minutes after that, the sales man told me they sold the car to someone else that arrived at 1:30. I drove over an hour to test drive and purchase this vehicle and they never bothered to tell me someone else had just test drove it and was about to purchase it 30 minutes before me. They completely wasted my time having me drive over an hour there, test drive it, purchase a warranty, and drive an hour back home. They also knew I was doing all of this in a rental car. It was a total inconvenience and terrible customer service. I would never purchase a vehicle from them after this.
